Ithaca College has an exchange agreement with the University of Valencia
. Admission to exchange programs is fairly competitive, as there are a limited number of spaces available each semester (typically no more than 1 - 2 placements per exchange, per semester). Occasionally an exchange will be closed in a given semester, with or without prior notice.
Founded in 1499, the University is one of the oldest academic institutions in Spain and one of the most prestigious universities in the country. The University has nearly 60,000 students and a wide range of course offerings suitable for almost any major.
The University of Valencia
is made up of three main campuses: The Burjasot-Paterna campus; the Blasco Ibañez campus; and the Tarongers campus.
